Chocolate No-Bake Cheese Cake

This is a lovely smooth cheese cake, without turning on the oven. This takes around 15 min for preparation and 3 hrs for setting completely. Very delicious and very simple cake.Prepare this in advance, if you are expecting guests and make them all wow. 

Graham cracker crust 9 inch - store brought
8 oz cream cheese - at room temperature
4 oz semi sweet chocolate (half a cup of chocolate chips) melted - at room temperature
1 tbsp of milk.
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of chocolate chips for decoration.
1/4 cup of granular sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar.
You can add two 8oz cream cheese for fluffy cake, but I just used one 8oz cream cheese.

The cream cheese should be at room temperature, very important.
Whisk cream cheese and sugars together. Whisk thoroughly so that all the sugar is well blended into the cheese.
If you are using electric mixer, whisk at a high speed for 2-3 min.
Melt the chocolate in microwave for 2 min and bring that to room temperature.
Blend the cream cheese sugar mixture, melted chocolate, vanilla and milk together.
Pour the batter on to the pie crust and spread them evenly.
Cover the pie crust and refrigerate for at least 3 hrs.
Enjoy no bake cheese cake.
