Egg-less vanilla cup cake for two with strawberry butter frosting

After a busy day, how do you want to pamper yourself, with a fluffy, creamy cup cake but without breaking your diet regimen and with just one bowl. This is your cup cake.

Vanilla cup cake

Dry Ingredients:
1/4 cup of All purpose flour.
1/8 tsp - baking powder
1/8 tsp- baking soda.
pinch of salt
Wet Ingredient:
3 tbsp  of milk.
1/2 tsp - pure vanilla escence
1 tbsp - canola oil (Any flavourless, color less oil)
1 tbsp - sugar
Strawberry Frosting. 

2 tbsp of butter (At room temperature)
4 tbps of confectionery/ powdered sugar.
A dash of vanilla (less than 1/2 tsp)
1 tbsp - Strawberry preserve.

Preheat your oven to 350F
Line your muffin pan with 2 cup cake liners.
1.  Mix all the dry ingredients for 2-3 min, so baking powder and soda are wee combined with the flour.
2. Mix all wet ingredient with a whisk, so that sugar is totally dissolved in milk and oil.
3. Combine both the dry ingredient and wet ingredient together. 
4. Pour the mixture on to the cup cake liners.
5. Bake at 350F for 15 min. Every oven is different. After 10 min, insert a toothpick at the center if it come out clean the cake is done. else wait for 15 min.

Frosting Recipe. 
Whisk all the frosting ingredients together. Make sugar the butter at room temperature for a fluffy frosting.
